LiL gym

Reese walked on the balance beam today at the Lil gym... she loves going, she is the tallest one in her class. Because she is tall enough to open doors...she will go to the door and open it and all the kids will sneak into the storage room. the teacher will say, no Reese... She also loves the end of class when they blow the bubbles. We are going again tomorrow for a makeup class!!!

Reese, Chris, and Haley are off to Richmond today! I have to work today, and Princey stayed home to watch the house! I am off tomorrow... YEAH!!

nana and reese day

I am working today and Chris has football all day... So Reese got to play with her Nana Jacquie today. We met her at Outdoor world, Reese loves the big fish tank. She saw a hat, and I said say "hat" and she was like "haat". It was so cool. Then Reese went with Nana to her classroom to decorate for school. Now they are at my house eating and playing with toys. The cool thing about today was she did not cry when I left her, instead she waved bye bye to mommy! On another fun note, my neighbor started back on the radio today... hot 95.7 and she gave me a shout out at work!!! Fun Saturday!! Love ya Mean It!!!!

The blog called Katie's Keepers really touched my heart today. They just lost their daughter Reese Catherine (yesterday). She was 2 days old. Life is so short and so unpredictable. Only God knows our path. He is always sovereign and right!! It is so hard to trust his ways at times. I just wanted y'all to read there story and lift them up! I do not know them, but I have a Reese and this is just so sad to me. I will not complain about the small things in life, I will realize all my blessings daily, and I will strive to be a better christian, mom, wife, sister, daughter in law, daughter, and grand-daughter.

1st fall

Reese and I were playing on my bed, and she rolled off and landed on her arm. It was so sad, but luckily she is ok. My posts have been short lately b/c I am at work! Patients come and go!!!

"hi"

Whenever I discipline Reese she looks at me and says "hi", it is so hard not to laugh. I am trying to be serious and teach her the right way to act. It is just so funny, so I had to post about it! Also when I lay on the floor to pop my back she will come and sit on my stomach and then hug me! It is so cute.. Having a 13 month old is so much fun, I just love her to pieces!!!

Friday

Work day for me. We leave for Dallas tomorrow for my uncle John's wedding in Midlothian, Tx. I will post pics soon!

Thursday

Not a very eventful day, Reese went to daycare and I am at work. Reese still cries when I drop her off, it is hard to see her cry after me. BUT I know she stops crying when I leave. I can't wait till 1000 and I can go home! Hope there are no late patients!!

Reese still gets up at night occasionally, but the last few night she has slept through the night! 10-12 hours a night!! GO REESE! She went down at 9pm and got up at 850 am last night. Which is great for Chris and I! We are both working alot this week...

Our first 2 kids -(pets)- are Princeton Oliver & Haley Isabelle! Princeton turned 3 yesterday!!! Hard to believe!!! Reese learned to say HAAAYley the other day... It is so cute!! She could already say DOGGIE... Reese is an animal lover!

My family comes home today

I have been home alone with my dog Princeton! Tonight Chris, Reese, and Haley return!!!! Princey and I missed the family...
The ER is slow today...
Going to see Alison, Parker, and Hunter tomorrow!!! Yeah! NO WORK

Chris, Reese and Haley left for dallas! I am home with Princeton-- work all weekend!! I wish I could have gone to Chris' 10 year High School reunion. Work was in the way... anyway Reese loves being one!!! She is getting into everything, just like Caroline Gilmore!!

July 8th

Reese is ONE! She is 22.10 lbs (75 percentile) and 30.5 inches (90 percentile) 18 3/4 inch head (98 percentile)!!! She is so much fun, and not a day goes by that I don't thank GOD for her!
Her party is Saturday the 11th!

7-8-09 We woke up, sang to her, ate a cupcake, got rear ended--so sad, went down town to see papa at work, ate lunch, went to the San Bernard river, she loved the boat, ate ice cream, took a bath, played, slept all night in her big girl bed!!

The family is coming in town for the 4th of July! Parker McLaine gets to meet all her Dallas family. We are so excited about our fun filled holiday! We will be at the beach and hanging out with friends and family!! Happy 4th to everyone!
